Clifftops is a 2000 acre gated residential community conveniently located between Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Monteagle Mountain. Clifftops is mainly in Marion County, with a small section in Franklin County. Geologically, we are a part of the South Cumberland Plateau region, which offers a profusion of wooded landscapes, mountain bluff views, native trees and wildflowers, natural streams and waterfalls.
Clifftops consists of 280 privately owned lots. The Clifftops Property Owners Association operates and maintains a system of internal roads, as well as certain recreational facilities for the benefit of those lot owners who are members of the Association. Our gate has electronically controlled access and is manned by security personnel. State of the art surveillance equipment monitors the entrance and exits.
The CPOA membership has adopted certain Community Documents and Rules and Regulations that govern the use of the private lots within Clifftops, the common areas and the recreational facilities.
